Organic Olive Oil Festival
Join us in learning the traditional secrets of authentic organic olive oil making.
We'll harvest our own olives, tour a working olive oil mill and enjoy a delicious fresh oil tasting - you won't believe the difference!
We'll also talk about the health benefits of enjoying properly processed oil. This evening we'll gather for an authentic Tuscan dinner & cooking class including roasted Tuscan garlic bread & fresh pressed virgin olive oil, yummmm!

Tuscan Pizza Throwing Party - this is one evening you're sure to remember! Come throw pizza with Mr. Manzini at our outdoor brick oven - nothing is more fun or more delicious than making your own Tuscan pizza. We will be entertained and delighted with Mr. Manzini's warm spirit and charm as he instructs on the real Italian way - much healthier!
Gelato & Wine Tastings
How about a little taste?
Good homemade wine accompanies most Italian meals. You'll have the opportunity to sample some of the regions finest wines as we visit vineyards and taste grapes off of 200 year old vines.
We've scheduled in some "tastings" for you to enjoy. Italy offers the yummiest gelato you will ever taste. It is so good that when you come out of the shop you can't walk or talk, you've just
gotta stop and enjoy your gelato. A real zen experience -totally present - just you and your gelato! Our favorites are coffee and hazelnut gelato - simply delicious!
Tuscan Pottery Excursion 25 - 30 October 2009
Tuscany offers some of the most beautiful hand painted pottery in the world! Join us as we visit one of the regions largest pottery studios and enjoy demonstrations of hand painting, hand building life-like fruit, and making some of the most detailed and ornate handles in history!
